l ʾnʿm bn ẓnn bn ʿzhm w rʿy h- ʾbl f h lt mḥlt l- ḏ yʿwr h- s¹fr
Translation
By ʾnʿm son of Ẓnn son of ʿzhm and he pastured the camels and so O Lt [cause] a dearth of pasture to whoever scratches out the writing
