Translation
By ʾnʿm son of ʿdy son of ʿnhm son of Ḏkr is [the drawing of] the young she-camel

Interpretation

Commentary
The drawing is unusual in that female camels are usually shown with their tails curled up and male camels with their tails hanging down.
