l s¹lm bn rgl bn zhrn w wgd ḫṭṭ ġyrʾl f ngʿ w ql ḫbl ḫrm ʾn ygll
Translation
By S¹lm son of Rgl son of Zhrn and he found the carving of Ġyrʾl and so he grieved in pain and he said out loud “may any effacer go mad if he would erase [the inscription]”
