Translation
By S²ḥtr son of S¹ʿd son of S¹krn son of ʾnmr is [the drawing of] the horseman and O S²ʿhqm blind whoever scratches out [the drawing of] the horseman

Interpretation

Commentary
The author carved w has twice in the word ʿwr.
