l ḫḏm bn ġṯ bn nhb w wlh ʿl- ʾb -h w ʿl- ʾm -h w ʿl- ʾḫ -h f w{n}y f wlh [[]] f h lt s¹lm l- ḏ s¹ʾr w ʿwr w ḫrm w ṣrm w ṯwl w bhm w ks¹r w bhr l- ḏ yʿwr h- tll
Translation
By Ḫḏm son of Ġṯ son of Nhb and he was distraught with grief for his father and for his mother and for his brother and {he was depressed} and then he was distraught with grief and so O Lt [grant] security to whoever remains and [inflict] blindness and mutilation of the nose and separation from a friend and madness and dumbness and a broken limb and disappointment to whoever scratches out the words

Interpretation

Commentary
The line of the n of wny is rather long and it is possible it should be read as a l. The author wrote a w after wlh and then erased it.
