Translation

By S¹ḫr son of ʾws¹ʾl son of S¹ḫr and he found the inscription of Tmʾl and [the] inscription of S¹ḫr and [the] inscription of his grandfather. So, O Lt [grant] security to whoever leaves [the inscription intact/ safely]
