Translation
By ʾḥyd son of Ṣrmt son of ʿwḏn and he was on the look-out for Mlkt and so O Lt and O Ds²r [grant] security of the lineage of Tm

Interpretation

Commentary
The author has erased a letter between bn and ʿwḏn. There is a cartouche surrounding the inscription.
