l ʾʾs¹d bn ḥlm bn rbʾl bn ʾnʿm wgd ʾṯr ʿbd f n{g}ʿ f h lt ḫlf l- ḏ ḍll w nqʾt l- ḏ yʿwr h- s¹fr

Translation

By ʾʾs¹d son of Ḥlm son of Rbʾl son of ʾnʿm and he found the traces of ʿbd and {was sad} and so O Lt [grant] a successor to him who is lost and [inflict] ejection from the grave on whoever scratches out the inscription
