Transliteration
l ys¹lm bn grmʾl bn qḥs² w wgd s¹fr ṣʿd f ngʿ w wrd h- nmrt b- ʾmt ʾḫrt
Translation
By Ys¹lm son of Grmʾl son of Qḥs² and he found the writing of Ṣʿd and so he grieved in pain and he came to the water at al-Namārah during Libra thereafter
