Transliteration
l whbʾl bn ʾḥlm bn ys¹lm bn zhrn w ṣyr b- ʾ- dr f h bʿls¹mn mgdt w nqʾt l- ḏ ḫbl h- ḫṭṭ
Translation
By Whbʾl son of ʾḥlm son of Ys¹lm son of Zhrn and he returned to a watering place here and so O Bʿls¹mn [grant] abundance and [inflict] ejection from the grave on whoever spoils the carving
