Interpretation

Commentary
The first ṭ of the word ḫṭṭ is doubtful. There are some abrasions on the edge of the rock after the ḫ but it is not possible to see on the photograph whether there are any traces of a ṭ underneath it. The inscription seems to be unfinished.
