Translation
By S¹ny son of S¹ḫr son of ʿbd son of ʾdm and w---- {he migrated to the inner desert} and so O Lt {may he be secure}

Interpretation

Commentary
The rock is broken after the second w and it seems most likely part of the inscription is missing. Part of the second ʾ and the s¹ and l of the last word are covered by abrasions.
