Translation
By Nʿrt son of Ḫdmt son of Trml son of S¹ry son of S¹lm and he renewed the inscription of his grandfather and [both] men and livestock wept and so O Yṯʿ [grant] deliverance to whoever leaves [the writing] untouched and dearth of pasture to whoever scratches out the writing

Interpretation

Commentary
The expression w ʾhmy ʾns¹ w nʿm is difficult to interpret and the translation here is offered very tentatively. Note that KRS 1180, on the same stone, is by this author's great grandfather which means that ʿm can mean "grandfather" and all generations above. See also KRS 1181 which is by this author's son who uses ʿm for his "great great grandfather".
