OCIANA
Translation
By {ʾs¹ḫr} son of Gḥfl son of Lbʾt and he pastured the sheep and was {afraid} of the enemy and so O Gdḍf may he be secure and may whoever scratches out the inscription be thrown out of the grave and he longed for his family and so O S²ʿhqm may there be a safe reunion with loved ones
