Translation
By Gdy son of Ḥnnʾ is the standing stone and deliver him {ʾlt} from harm

Interpretation

Commentary
The first part of the inscription is written inside the cartouche surrounding KRS 1405. The third l is a slight curve and quite different from the second l which is clearly a straight line with a hook.
