Translation

By Bnʾ son of Wrd son of S²hyt son of ʾs¹ son of Ḥg son of S²bḥr son of Grmʾl son of ʿbṭ and he was on the look-out and so O Lt may he be secure and dearth of pasture to whoever scratches out the writing
