OCIANA
Translation
By Mḥlm son of ʾʾs¹d son of Mḥlm of the lineage of Bwk and he camped here with the sheep during the season of the later rains and so he kept watch and so O Lt may he be secure from that which must be guarded against and [inflict] blindness on whoever scratches out the writing
