Translation
By ʾ---- son of ---- of the lineage of {Ms¹kt} and he found the traces of {the lineage group of} {M}ẓ

Interpretation

Commentary
The beginning of the inscription has been damaged by later scratching. The letter read as a ʾ after ʾṯr, could equally be a ʾ or ṣ which is damaged at one end. The lines of the m are faint.
