Interpretation

Commentary
There are lines joining the initial l to the ʿ and the ʿ to the following b. There is also a line going from the n of bn to the following n. It is unclear whether the name nn should be read or whether the line covers another letter possibly an ʿ. The letters of the next word are joined as well making their interpretation rather difficult. The h is joined by a ligature to the back of the following letter which is a circle shape. The next letter might be a z, n, or l. If either of the latter then a bar has been added to the top to join it to the preceding letter although it does not reach to the following one. The l is then joined to a crossbar of the t.
