Transliteration

l qdm bn mfny bn rmzn w rʿy h- ʾbl h- s²q nwy w tẓr h- s¹my f h bʿls¹mn rwḥ w s¹lm

Translation

By Qdm son of Mfny son of Rmzn and he pastured the camels [on] the side of a mountain whilst migrating and he waited for the rains and so O Bʿls¹mn [grant] relief from adversity and uncertainty and security
