Translation
To Mḥl son of Hby son of Ṣʿd son of Gbs² son of Qflt son of Bdn son of Ġlm son of Yʿly at this structure and he was courageous as he lay in wait there [O] Lt and Rḍy and Ḏs²r [grant] security [and] booty
