Interpretation

Commentary
A line has been added to the fork of the ʾ forming a ṣ and the n has been joined to the arms of the first b. The following letter has a tail and it is possible it should be read as a s¹. Equally it might be an attempt to join it to the preceding n or it might be an incidental chip. One arm of the letter is extended to join it to the followng ʾ and then the ʾ is joined to the l by two ligatures. The end of the inscription is in shadow and cannot be read with certainty. There might be a h, some other letters, and then possibly a b.
