Translation
By Qrs²m son of S¹ʿdʾl son of {ʾbyn} son of Bṭnt son of Ḥr and O [] [grant] vengeance from Mkbl

Interpretation

Commentary
The author wrote a b at the beginning of the third name and then corrected the mistake by writing an ʾ over it. After the connective it seems most likely that the h should be read as a vocative particle and that, to complete the invocation, it is necessary to assume that a deity's name was left out.
