By Drʾl son of ʾḥlm son of Mty son of Rġd son of Hḏr and he was hungry and cold this year and so O Lt may he be secure and [grant] relief from adversity and uncertainty O Bʿls¹mn and may whoever scratches out the inscription be thrown out of the grave
