l ʾs¹d bn ʾnʿm bn ʾs¹d bn rbʾl w ṣyr m- mdbr s¹nt qtl ʾl ḫl ʾl nqd h- s¹lṭn w ḫrṣ ḥrb nbṭ

Translation

By ʾs¹d son of ʾnʿm son of ʾs¹d son of Rbʾl and he returned to the watering place from the inner desert the year the government fought the lineage of Ḫl [and] the lineage of Nqd and he was on the look out [in] the war of the Nabataeans
