OCIANA

Translation

By Wʾl son of Bny and he pastured the goats in the meadow on fresh herbage and so O Lt let there be security and [inflict] ejection from the grave by a friend [on whoever scratches out the inscription] and booty to whoever reads [it] aloud and the young she-camel is by him
