l ʾtm bn ʿḏ bn ʾtm ḏ- ʾl hḏr w ḏkr dd -h qdm f h lt s¹lm w wgm ʿl- ʾb -h trḥ w ʿl- ʾḫ -h

OCIANA

Translation

By ʾtm son of ʿḏ son of ʾtm of the lineage of Hḏr and he remembered his paternal uncle Qdm and so O Lt [grant] security and he grieved for his father who had perished and for his brother
