l s²gʾ bn khl bn ġṯ ḏ- ʾl ṣhyn w wgm ʿl- ḫl -h qdm (w) ʿl- ʾs¹ w wld h- mʿzy (b-) h- d[[]](r ) s¹nt qtl s¹bʿt ḏ-ʾl {m}s¹yq w h lt s¹lm w qrʿ l- m bʿṯ h- s¹f{r} ----

Translation

By S²gʾ son of Khl son of Ġṯ of the lineage of Ṣhyn and he grieved for his maternal uncle Qdm and for ʾs¹ and he helped the goats give birth (i)n {this place} the year when seven of the ʾl {Ms¹yq} were killed and O Lt [grant] security and victory in a game of chance to whoever bʿṯ the inscription ----
