Translation
By Mʿn son of S¹by son of Ḥmlt son of Ms¹k and he grieved for his companions who had been plundered by a company of men from Tadmur and a company of men of [the tribe of] Ṭyʾ and so, O Gdʿwḏ [grant] revenge
