Interpretation
- Commentary
- The reading of the first letters is quite clear. It is possible that the author made a mistake to begin with by writing a l and then ṣ rather than ʾ. He then realized it was wrong and abandoned the letters without crossing them out and started the inscription again immediately below. There is a grid covering the whole surface of the rock.
