Translation
By ʿḏ son of S¹wr son of Nqm son of S¹wr and he kept watch for Rm w ws¹q {ʾ}ʿm ʿl- ʿm and O ʾlt [grant] security to whoever leaves [the inscription] untouched

Interpretation

Commentary
The field copy has h ʿm after ws¹q but there is a second prong to the letter on the photograph which might however be shallower. If the letter is a h then another possible division of the text is ws¹q -h ʿm ʿl- ʿm. It is also possible that rm here means "oryx", cf. Arabic rīm [Lane 1204b]
