Translation
By Mnʿm son of S¹wdn son of Nḫr son of {Ġrb} and he spent the season of the later rains on this raḥaba and was keeping watch for enemies and so security {O} {Lh}

Interpretation

Commentary
NB LP 469 has nḫb bn ġrb (L103L ḫr bn ġrb); KRS 922 has nṣr bn ġrb; Al Hajaj 1 nḫr bn ġṣb.
