- Khraysheh 1994: 111: adds a lām auctoris to his reading; rṣʿ "he grazed [?] (by the wells of Bāyir)" for rpʿ or rqʿ Khraysheh 1996: 11: mentioned but not read. Hayajneh 2009: 214 (repeated in Hayajneh 2021: 188): read rfʿ for Al-Khraysheh's rṣʿand translated " [the water from the wells of Bāyir]" Hayajneh 2021:
- Commentary
- This text and KhNSB 1 form a Safaitic-Nabataean bilingual, at least as far as the personal names. The penultimate letter cannot be a ṣ as read by Al-Khraysheh and looks more like a p or a q. However, it is difficult to interpret the possible words these readings produce.
