Interpretation
- Commentary
- The word nqr "writing on stone" (see Al-Jallad & Jaworska under nqr) is found in two other Safaitic inscriptions INAS 55 and ISB 107 (where it may be in the plural). The word ʿr seems to refer to a cross between a horse and an ass, i.e. a mule or hinny (see Macdonald 2019: 157–165). The last three letters are
