Interpretation

Commentary
The name nhlṣt is previously unattested but clear on the stone. There is a curve resembling a b following ḥll. The curve seems to be part of the rear leg of a drawing of an animal, rather than a continuation of the inscription.

Associated Drawings
Horse with rider. The horse's mane is represented with horizontal lines, as well as hair on the front of the animal's neck/chest. The rider is holding a long spear. The seems to be touching a simple line drawing of an animal. To the right of the horse, there is a line drawing of the head and neck of an equid. There is a rectangular shape with short lines radiating from it that covers the rider's body and the back of the horse. This is possibly a riding cloth, complete with tassels.
