Transliteration
l s¹mm bn nhb bn rbʿ [b][n] {r}{b} {b}{n} {l}{q}----
Translation
By S¹mm son of Nhb son of Rbʿ [son of] {Rb} {son of} {Lq----}

Interpretation

Commentary
Following rbʿ, the reading of the inscription is uncertain. It seems likely that the letters to the left of rbʿ are part of the same inscription, despite the gap between them. If this is the case, the author must have forgotten the bn. The next visible letter would be a possible r. The apparent r is then following by a b. The letters do look like a m, but they do not meet on either end and the bottom of the b curves away from the r. Following {b}{n}, one can only read the top of two letters.
