Interpretation

Commentary
As with the previous inscriptions on the same stone, the reading provided is very tentative. The genealogy seems to be the same attested in CSNS 210 (gḥf bn mr bn ʾbyn bn ʿḏ). The m of mr is visible in the enhanced photograph. There is a large space between the r of mr and the b of bn. It is not clear where the inscription starts or ends. There are a number of smaller circles at the end of the inscription, but one cannot discern whether these are letters or other marks. Josef Bloomfield
