Interpretation
- Commentary
- The inscription is hammered across multiple faces of the stone. It appears to start in an area with heavy abrasion and therefore the beginning of the inscription cannot be read. The final letter of the patronym seems to be directly above the ʾ visible in the photographs and has been read as a l. It is possible that the inscription continues on the other face of the stone Josef Bloomfield
