Translation
By {ʾḏn} son of Krzn son of Ġrs¹ son of Ns²wn {and} O ʾlt help him
Josef Bloomfield

Interpretation

Commentary
The first name is partially concealed by damage on the stone. The reading of ʾḏn is uncertain, but is based upon the genealogy in RWQ 205, which seems to have been written by a son of ʾḏn.  Josef Bloomfield
