Interpretation
- Commentary
- The first letter of the author's name looks like the shape of a 6, but presumably the apparent tail is a mistake. The second letter could possibly be a ḥ, due to the short horizontal line in the centre of the curve. The second letter of the patronym is difficult to make sense of. The letter looks like a backwards r, with a short horizontal mark, or possible a circle, on the inside of the curve. A name Nḥʿr is previously unattested and does not seem particularly likely.
