Interpretation
- Commentary
- The inscription is faint on the stone and covered by dirt. The first half of the inscription is easier to read as the stone is still wet from washing and the letters show up more clearly against the stone. The author seems to have confused the shape of b and r, carving typical rs for the bs in bn. Josef Bloomfield
