Interpretation

Commentary
The stone is broken on the right side and therefore part of the inscription is missing. The term ġyr made mean 'provisions' as part of a prayer, but it is impossible to say for certain without the preceding letters. Following tẓr mny, the inscription continues into the heavily abraded area and curves around in small letters at the bottom of the stone. Every letter after mny is visible only very faintly in the photograph taken in sunlight. The reading here is based upon enhanced photographs. The final word, presumably the name of a deity, is impossible to read. Josef Bloomfield
