Interpretation

Commentary
The third name is difficult to make sense of. The first letter looks like a r, but has two diagonal lines coming from it. The final letter looks like either a z or a y with a very small infilled circle at the top. The author refers to an inscription on the same stone (BES20 1845). He seems to accidentally include an extra ʾ in the word ʾṯr, writing instead ʾṯʾr.  Josef Bloomfield
