gdʿ: This name is rare in ANA, attested only once in Safaitic and once in Dadanitic. It is cognate with the Arabic ǧadaʿ- meaning 'lad'. It is also possible, although less likely, to read this name as gdd 'new,' which is much better attested in ANA.
klb: This corresponds to the common Semitic animal name kalb- 'dog'.
The inscription appears to be unfinished. The author began a third column with the letter b, perhaps introducing a third generation but then abandoned the text.
