ġfr -ky: This must be construed as a prayer for forgiveness employing the root ġfr, not attested in this way in ANA but well represented in Paleo-Arabic and Islamic Arabic. The final two letters, ky, are perhaps a suffix conjugation ending, maybe a second-person feminine singular or perhaps even a second-person dual, with an implied divine subject. 

l- ḥyrm: The object of ġfr is introduced by the dative preposition l-, as in Classical Arabic. Ḥyrm should be construed as the name of the person seeking pardon, belonging to the Fayʿal pattern. The root ḥrm is common in personal names.
