This text seems to record the dedication of a drawing of a camel to a deity called kmm.
frḥ: An optative suffix conjugation, compare with Classical Arabic fariḥa 'he rejoiced.'
z: The masculine singular relative pronoun.
mnḥ: Compare with Classical Arabic manaḥa-hū 'he gifted it' (Lane, 2737)
z: The demonstrative pronoun likely referring to the drawing of the camel.
k: The dative preposition.
kmm: This is presumably the name of a deity to whom the drawing was dedicated (cf. KMC 28). The final letter has been badly weathered but it appears to have been originally a m, slightly smaller than the one preceding it. This deity's name is not documented elsewhere, but it's expected that we would encounter new divine names in this area. Confirmation of this hypothesis must await further attestations.
