ns¹lm: This should be understood as a first person plural optative prefix conjugation, 'may we be safe, secure', best understood as a prayer.
ʾns¹ḥ: This is likely a personal name. The root ns¹ḥ is rare, but attested once as a name in Safaitic.
hnʾ: This is an extremely common Arabian name, corresponding to Arabic hāniʾ-. It is abundantly attested in the epigraphy of north and south Arabia.
s³ʿy: This name could derive from the root ṯʿy or s³ʿy. Both, however, are unattested in other corpora.
s²wbn: Perhaps a CaCCān pattern of the root s²wb, which in Arabic means 'to mix, blend'. It may correspond to the name s²bn, attested a number of times in Safaitic.
frd: A common Arabic name, farīd, well attested in ANA.
