Interpretation

Commentary

This panel likely consists of three names carved in vertical columns. It is unclear if this is a single geneology or the names of three individuals.

zyd: This is possibly the name zayd or ziyād, both extremely common in Arabian onomastica.

ḥmlAn animal name, likely the 'ram'. The name is commonly attested in Safaitic and Dadanitic.

{s¹}yhThe reading of the final name is unclear. It is possible that the should be read as some other letter but the quality of the photograph does not permit further scrutiny.
