This panel likely consists of three names carved in vertical columns. It is unclear if this is a single geneology or the names of three individuals.
zyd: This is possibly the name zayd or ziyād, both extremely common in Arabian onomastica.
ḥml: An animal name, likely the 'ram'. The name is commonly attested in Safaitic and Dadanitic.
{s¹}yh: The reading of the final name is unclear. It is possible that the s¹ should be read as some other letter but the quality of the photograph does not permit further scrutiny.
