By Yʿly son of Hms¹k and he pastured in the valley on fresh herbage and was (at first) treated as a guest but then driven away and so he sought refuge in this land among fresh herbage

w-{ʾ}{ġ/l/r}mnt h-ʾrḍ bql, Trans. 'By Yʿly son of Hms1k and he pastured the valley on spring herbage, and so may he stay as a guest and he departed, and the earth ʾ{ġ/l/r}mnt fresh herbage.'
