Translation

By Lbʾt son of Ṣyd son of ʾs¹ son of {Qlb} son of S²hm son of ʿmd son of Mlk of the lineage of Ḍf and he was on the look-out for the Ms²ʾḫ and so O Lt and Ds²r [grant] a change of circumstances. And he longed for ---- and the traces of his companions. And he spent the dry season ----
